NBBR Sportive Rides
We are now hosting the fifth North Bucks Bike Ride. The format of our Sportives has remained largely unchanged with distance offerings to suit a wide range of abilities. We have fairly unique overlapping routes which gives flexibility to choose between 60km, 100 km or 100 miles depending on how you feel on the day.

This year we are also including Strava Segment Challenges. More details listed in the Sportive Ride section.
Picture
Planning suitable routes through North Buckinghamshire has been quite a challenge with HS2 and EWR development affecting our region. We have worked closely with Bucks Highways agency and the HS2 / EWR project teams to navigate around planned closures and avoid some of the more damaged roads.

Navigation
The course is fully signposted and there will be marshals at all key junctions. There will also be clear directional arrow signs for everyone to follow along all routes. Large scale plans of the Sportive Rides will be on display at the start/finish point. Leisure riders will receive a route map with information about the free-entry attractions at the registration desk.

GPS files - Many Sportive riders have a GPS navigation device. There are also mobile phone apps available for those that don't use a GPS cycle computer. We have provided direct links to Garmin Connect and gpx file downloads before the event.
